was incorporated by Mr. Albert Leung in November 1996 to continuous his service to the building industry to provide consultancy service in the area of external cladding & windows.  Mr. Leung was the Executive Director and shareholder of a consultant firm in Hong Kong since 1989 until October 1996, which are specialist consultancy group in External Claddings and Windows.  Before operating the facade consultant group, Mr. Leung was the Chief Designer & Engineering Manager of a major curtain wall & window manufacturer in Hong Kong for ten years.

The areas of consultancy offered by Mr. Leung and the company can be summarized under the following headings:-

1.     Curtain Wall Consultant to Architects and Developers.

2.     Consultant in the Design of Testing Facilities.

3.     Design of Curtain Walls and Windows System and Technical Advisers.
